Mastering Strategic Policy Communication and Advocacy

 Introduction

 This practical training workshop is designed to enhance participants’ skills in Engaging Citizens and Shaping Policy in a VUCA World

How can communicators drive policy adoption and influence decision-making?

Ready to master persuasion in an unpredictable dynamic communication and political landscape?In an era where policy decisions shape economies, governance, and public trust, the ability to communicate policies clearly and persuasively is more critical than ever. Whether you’re a senior communications officer in the public sector or a private sector professional engaging with regional and national governments, mastering policy communication can mean the difference between successful implementation and public misunderstanding.

Training Methodology

 The training will be delivered through a combination of various case studies, presentations, group discussions and group exercises with maximum delegate participation covering current situations.  Delegates will sharpen the required skills to understand and contribute to public policy.
