Request for Proposal — Accounting Services Firm

PRSK invites Expression of Interest from qualified accounting services firms to provide accounting, financial reporting and tax compliance services for an initial period of 3 years, renewable for a further 3 years based on satisfactory performance.

  • Maintain accounting records, filing and monthly management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Payables, Member Balances)
  • Prepare and administer staff payroll, payslips and the annual budget
  • File statutory deductions on time — PAYE, NSSF, NHIF — and support the external auditors
  • Eligibility: certified accounting professionals with 10+ years cumulative experience; society/membership experience preferred
