The workshop is ideal for professionals seeking deeper understanding and expertise on managing online presence from all sectors of the economy.
This workshop is designed to provide participants with ideas for the development and integration of new media to organisational strategies. At the successful completion of the course, participants will be aware of the role new media plays in shaping organization reputation and gain appreciation of where strategic communication fits in the new media sphere.

• Customisation, deployment and maintainence of a corporate website using various Content Management System(CMS).
• Website promotion skills i.e. E-marketing and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).

• New Media strategies, research, monitoring and evaluation for greater impact.
