Overview
The measurement of organizational performance moved away from financial returns to the triple bottom line affecting "social, economic and environmental issues’. Public Relations play a key role in delivering the triple bottom line results thus becoming a major contributor to organizational sustainability. Working with stakeholders requires clear business principles that provides for sharing of responsibility. This workshop is designed for practitioners in all sectors of the economy whose role is to provide counsel to management on communication needs and issues of major concern to organizations they work with.
